Behind The Lens

 

 

 Hi, my name is Maddie Beck and 

welcome to MB Photography!

 

You may be asking, what exactly 

do I do and why did I start a photography business?

Well, good question. My story begins when I 

turned 12 years old, I received my very first point-

and shoot camera, a Canon camera to be exact.

 

I was simply

fascinated by the beauty and art of

photography and grew an obsession with

taking portraits of people and objects. I learned a lot by watching video tutorials

 and observing different styles of photography. I loved it so much that

I saved my money to buy a professional DSLR (digital single-lens reflex) camera.

Ever since I purchased my professional camera, I've strived to work 

hard at crafting my style of photography. My style of photography is like a ball of clay, its constantly being shaped and molded to become something better.

​

  I started out my business by photographing my friends senior portraits and from then on I knew I wanted to expand my small business to reach families and other local businesses around the McKinney area.
